“Famous Gardens” is a work in progress series which tries to depict various famous Artists’ gardens, using my interpretation of their unique style, layering recycled pieces of my own previous paintings, sketches, prints, and monotypes, which thus find a new life.
I am always in awe to discover how each new garden calls for specific pieces that had previously not really worked on their own and that after being torn find a new purpose, much like a puzzle.
